Deborah K. Summers, MD

Dr. Summers grew up in Vega, Texas, a small panhandle town of just 800 people, but always carried big dreams that she knew would one day lead her somewhere greater. That drive took her to Texas Tech University for both her undergraduate studies and medical school, where she laid the foundation for what would become a remarkable and wide-reaching medical career. Residency brought her to Arizona, where she trained at HonorHealth and specialized in family medicine, and Arizona has been home ever since.

Over the course of more than 20 years in medicine, Dr. Summers has never been one to stay in a single lane. Her career has taken her through surgical assistance, private practice, and deep into the world of medical aesthetics, where she built extensive relationships with many of the top laser companies in the industry. Always seeking to expand her expertise, she has invested deeply into the emerging field of Ketamine Assisted Therapy, a space she continues to champion wholeheartedly.

Driven by a vision to treat wellness from the inside out, Dr. Summers followed her passions to found both Method Wellness and Method Ketamine, two practices that together address the external and internal aspects of true well-being. Her approach is comprehensive and deeply personal, offering individualized, patient-centered care to those who have not found relief through traditional methods. She bridges the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing in a way that few providers can.
